  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon crushed star anise
  • powdered sugar, for dusting

Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat sugar and liquid egg substitute together in a medium mixing bowl. Continue mixing after adding the melted vegan butter and vanilla.
