How To Make Vegan Funnel Cake

I like to top mine with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar, but you can also use chocolate sauce, caramel, or anything else you like. If you’re feeling really adventurous, you can even try making your own vegan funnel cake fries. The key to making a good vegan funnel cake is to get the batter nice and smooth. You don’t want any lumps, so make sure to whisk it well before you start frying. And once you start frying, don’t be afraid to add more oil if needed. The goal is to get a nice even coating of batter on the cake, so don’t be stingy with the oil. Once your cake is fried to perfection, all that’s left to do is enjoy!
