  • Triggerfish 1 pound 
  • Salt 1 tablespoon 
  • Freshly ground pepper 1 tablespoon 
  • White wine 2 ounces 
  • Shallots minced 1 medium 
  • Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon 
  • Drained Capers 2 teaspoons 
  • Cholula Hot Sauce

Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Once the butter has melted and is foaming, add the fillet to the pan and sauté until lightly golden brown.
