- 16 medium-sized raw shrimp
- ½ chopped into pieces
- 4-5 oz cream cheese
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach leaves

- 4 center-cut salmon fillets, 4-6 oz per person
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- black pepper

Heat olive oil or butter over medium heat in a large pan.
