- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 tbsp Whole Coriander
- 4 red chili dried
- 2 tsp whole black pepper
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 cloves
- 1 small piece of cinnamon
- 3 small onions
- 7 curry leaves
- 3 medium onions sliced
- 2 tsp Crushed ginger and garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Coconut oil

Add coconut, coriander, dried Chilies, cloves, cinnamon, fennel seeds, coconut milk, and oil to a pan and heat.

The coconut must be fried until it turns red and brown.
