- 1/2 tbsp. paprika

- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1/4 tablespoon. garlic salt

- 2 small green chopped onions
- large egg (slightly beat it)
- 4 tbsp. sweet corn
- 1/3 cup milk
For Making Sauce:
- Hot sauce (according to taste)
- 5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere’s)
- 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup mayo
Step-By-Step Guide For Making Fish Fritters
Step 1
Put salt on the fish for seasoning of fish. Switch on the stove put the pan on it pour oil and after heating the oil fry the fish for a few minutes.
Step 2
Then add the fish into the food processor for getting a good texture and aside it to cool.
Step 3
Take a large bowl and all the ingredients like onion, garlic, salt, flour, and egg are added into the bowl. Add the cooked chopped fish into the bowl and mix it.

Now add the milk and get a good texture. Add the milk until it gives a thick batter form. Don’t over-mix the ingredients. Keep in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

During this time mix all the ingredients used for making sauce. After making the sauce set it aside.

Switch on the stove and put the oil into the pan and heat it. Use a fine-oiled spoon to drop the equal size of fish batter into the oil.

Fey it until these balls are golden brown and cook thoroughly. Keep flipping the balls as needed.
