  • Shredded provel cheese = 1/2 cup 

How To Make Chicken Modiga

Step by step instructions:

Step 1

Put dried porcini mushrooms in 2 cups of water.Boil mushrooms briefly for mushroom broth.

Step 2

You can also use chicken stock. Mix minced garlic with 1/2 cup olive oil. Let the flavors blend for later use.

Make chicken breasts flatter, about 1/2-inch thick. Put them in a Ziploc bag.

Step 4

Add 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat a pan over medium heat.
