  • 8 ounces block cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Strawberry coulis, for serving

Using a nonstick spray, spray a 9×13-inch baking pan. Place aside.

Make 1-inch cubes by cutting the bread in half. Prepare a baking pan by spreading half of the cubes on it.
